COACHES FEE

A $5 Coaches Fee will be added to your competition fees (per dancer/routine) to help cover the cost of staffing the competitions.

 

TEAM APPAREL FEES

All team dancers must purchase our Team Jacket. Price to be determined. Price ranges from $65-$120.

 

COMPETITION CALL TIMES

Each dance/routine will have a “call time” before each performance. Call times are usually 2 hours before performance time. We will communicate for each competition where to meet and when. Dancers must be dressed and ready to go at their call time.

 

COMPETITION DAY SCHEDULE

We will not receive the schedule until about 7-10 days prior to each competition. Please reserve that entire day/weekend for the competition since we do not know what the schedule will be before it is announced.

UNFORSEEN OR ADDITIONAL FEES 

While we do our best to provide a detailed breakdown of all known costs at the beginning of the season, please understand that unforeseen or unplanned additional fees may arise throughout the year. These can result from new opportunities, changes in event details, or added team activities that were not anticipated at the time of registration.

Examples may include (but are not limited to):

• Guest choreographers or master classes

• Additional costumes or accessories

• Added competitions or conventions (will not be required)

• Extra rehearsals or studio rental fees

• Travel-related expenses for new events

• Team bonding or fundraising activities

We are committed to communicating any additional costs as early as possible and will always strive to keep them reasonable. By joining the team, families acknowledge and accept that some flexibility in the budget is required as new ideas, plans, and opportunities arise throughout the season.

 

ADDITIONAL & UNFORSEEN PRACTICES

Throughout the season, extra practices or rehearsals may be scheduled that were not originally planned. These may be added to prepare for upcoming performances, competitions, or to address team needs as they arise.

We will provide as much advance notice as possible, and attendance at these additional practices may be required. By joining the team, dancers and families agree to remain flexible and understand that unforeseen scheduling changes may occur as part of the team commitment. We will do our best to schedule these practices/rehearsals to what works best for everyone’s schedules.
